Dissabled all programs

Dear friend...

I think you all help me... this is abt my cousin's PC. we can't run any program. with staring Vista, "Windows media center" opens.. and nothing else. when trying to open any program, it opens "Windows media center".. we can't even think what to do..

Microsoft KELALADA....

OR any other virus...?

AVAST virus guard is also dissabled.. can't do anything. We can go internet but only through IE browser. but can't open any software after downloading.. when trying to open ... "Windows media center" appears..

Operating System: Vista.

Can you say something.. i went through the internet to search for similar problem..couldn't find anything..

in the internet i found that disable DEP in vista.. what is that..is that related to this..

we tried.. but in vain.. when clicking system restore it will start Windows Media Center ...that's all

remove your hard disk
plug it into a pc which z not infected and scan t..
next reinstall vista!

OH.. good idea friend..but it's a laptop.. sorry saying b4 as PC... i don't knw how to memove hard disk from a laptop
