Semi luxary tax for cars

Does anyone know about semi luxary tax chargers for cars that exceed 1800cc which begining with Rs.25000 of first year and follow with reducing Rs.2500 for year untill 7 complete years.. My car's previous owner doesn't pay that tax for 3 years and now it has 50 percent tax chargers. Please explain me, what situation I'm in.. How to get rid of this.. Please..

i think its not 25k, its 30..

if u ddnt pay, yes u hav to pay 50%..

i also dnt knw abt dis very much but better ask from a gud person...

Its true semi luxary vehicle tax starting from Rs.25,000/=
tax period 01st April to 31 March
Once falid to pay tax from same year they will charged penalty of 50% of the tax amount (Ex. For Rs.25,000/= Penalty Rs.12,500/=)
you can pay ur tax any Insurance company or RMV
