but mach I also need to create my own web address (ex: "www.MyName.com" wage...). 000webhost.com and 07x.net doesn't have that facility. 000webhost.com wala ".netii.net" and 07x.net wala ".CO.CC " kiyala kellak thiyenawa.

Machan for that you have to buy a domain....
.com domains are pretty cheap... about 1000 rupees per year!!!

Go and check in godaddy.com
