Who are the HP service authorized partners in SL?

i bought a laptop (not from SL) so if for a service or repair whom should i contact in SL?

this laptop has one year warranty so after that can i extend it from them?

within that 1st year can i get the repair done from them.?

even I have an HP lap machan....the partners for SL with HP are Neat Technologies..their service center is in wellawaththe on the galle road a bit towards colombo on the land side after the checkpoint on the dehiwala bridge..on the 1st floor...you wnt miss the place

but one of my friends who had an international warranty too had gone to this place to get a repai done but they had refused to accept the international warranty...So better check it our ur self

Thanks for the info machn.Ur friends case seems to be terrible.But if such incident occurs we can report to the HP directly to get their partnership cancelled.
(we can force them if we have enough proofs)

I knw this bcuz i have a hp laptop 2 which i bought from abans. when i had a little error they forward me to dms. they are the biggest among all others. and they do the repair in a very professional manner(original hp job card and all..). they are really involved with hp
so i suggest u go n check out

Most of them are authorized dealers. They doesn't have a service agreements with HP. they are only doing what they sold. If you have a valid international warranty first go to hp.com and ask them who are the persons appointed to Sri Lanka. with that you can proceed with their names.
