~Need info about M3 HSDPA connections~

Hey guys, im gonna buy a HSDPA connection and i need some information from current users who has experience with different connection performances. currently I'm thinking about buying the mobitel Zoom 1290 package.

are there any more faster connection with much more freedom to download (without limitations such as FUP) ?

and is this connection the fastest from mobitel? downlink is mentioned as 3.6Mbps....

and also, are there any limitation for this connection such as FUP?

any related information would be highly appreciated.

I also had a idea of changing to mobitel, but I prefer Dialog as its unlimited!
My trick is this,
Every month on the 12th I apply for FUP extension and they'll bill an extra Rs.300 for remaining 3 days
I'll download unlimited software, movies on those three days non-stop for 72hours

I get Unlimited connection for three days for a extra 300/-

And Dialog's speed also got increased from last month

what is the second one? are they two packages? and what are the packages you have atm (speed and rental)?
