If the third one is from SF's assistant, why it is not in the same format as the second one? The third one says it is from SF's military assistant.

Comd's Secretariat, ----> If SF's not the commander why this?
AHQ ------> AHQ== Army Headquarters, does it ring any bells?

haha.. actually ... yes... But ... it makes sense to me.. Also.. check when Sarath makes the calls... in 2000.. why 2000? that year his wife and daughters moved to USA after winiin green card lottery...
