bt did u kno dat there r lot of fake IDs in dat total no of EKs..
also there will be useless Acc...so the calculation may be differ than ur one

we can get them under the foreign users because i don't think there will be so much foreigners using elakiri.

after reducing the Fake IDs and bots the ratio might go to every 1 in 500 is in EK...
