3. Fill out & Sign in front of him all the documents.

4. Then goto police and get a police record.

7. Then go back to a JP and sign to release the condom

I wanted to buy condoms but I don’t know the procedure. Can some one let me know how to buy condoms in srilanka. Places available, the god qualities, how to ask, is there any special things that we should know.

dude, if your wife just had a baby at any hospital, she'd be having a loop inserted in to her to prevent her getting pregnant within one year.

There's also pills your wife can take to prevent pregnancy. Again the clinics/hospital your wife went to would've advised both of you on the usage.
If you are really a 30ry old married guy, you'd be knowing this.

Since you dont know either of these and you're trying to use condoms for family planning,that is why the people here are doubting your initial story.

I think using a condom is beneficial for family planning. If I am correct I want to move on condoms and see if this workout.

Can I get these form any supermarket? Cargils or keels? And what exactly I have to ask. As I said I am still uncomfortable to speak these infornt of other people. Is there place that I can just take it by myself without asking pharmacist?
