Free education offers the chance for anyone who is bright enough to get selected to a university and get an education. That's really good.

But if anyone is saying that Private Education is bad that's pure bullshit.

Dont worry about selling the professions as medicine, coz that is already done in majority of the countries in the world and many of those countries have far better health care than Sri Lanka.

The money will not ensure you getting a MBBS. Only capable and bright people choose a medical carrier in those countries and many fail along the way.

This will be the same case in Sri Lanka. Nothing like passing everyone who enters the medical college will happen. If such a thing happens those incapable doctors will never survive in the industry/Society. Always capable person will have the chance.

If you are a doctor or a medical student, as long as you know your job, dont wory about others, you will be ok. A person from a private medical college is not a threat to you.

Articles like this have no real meaning. The reall feeling emebeded in this is the jealousy. You are a doctor/ Medical Student you dont want anyone who did not get good results as you to become a doctor.

If you are so compassioante about the persons who lost the chance to become a doctor, from 0.0001 marks, what do you propose for them to do to get a MBBS? Is there any other way than a Private Medical College? Are you saying that Private Medical Colleges should only take people with really good results? And what if those people with good results cannot afford it? PMCs should just not take anyone?

The simple thruth is only a person who has the determination, capabilty, abiltiy will become a doctor, PMC or not. If you are a good doctor dont wory about where others get their degree, you have your place. Person who has money and no brains can never be a doctor.
