Though he says so BBC announced that the opposition candidate is claiming that the election is manipulated.. but its just out of malice and said SF is lieing to cover his defeat.
(A little while ago it went on BBC for 10 mins)
Further they said that there were misuses of govnt resources and media by the president but there was no dispute with the number of votes.
