Guys, I bought an airtel unlimited data connection in some where around April 2009. And after the 1st month because the speeds sucked i paid all the bills and asked them to disconnect it. And as u know the customer care representatives don't know what they are doing or talking. As usual when you walk into a store they say 1 thing and when u call they say another. Any ways they hadn't disconnected my connection for around 3 months and kept sending me bills. Now they've sent me a letter asking me to pay 7700rs in 7 days for nothing at all and for their mistake saying they will take legal action. Now i don't wanna speak to them coz its useless. What exactly is this so called legal action and has any one gone through it????
