    dude no one really says their bodybuilding tricks man,trust me!
    but i recommend u to use MEGA MASS and consume more whey proteins like powder,tablets n so on! besides,amino acid tablets make sure u get all the type of essential proteins needed.
    And if u just work out,u wont get ur bulk,it wil only show ur the muscularity of ur body!So consume those n work out :D

    this really works but warm up b4 u start or injuries are guaranteed......!!!
    check you-tube for Half reps....!
    its a very nice method...!!
    also try to get protein from food not pills or supplements...
    if ur not very thin do not use mega mass..it comes wth a health hazard...
    most ppl r misinformed abt body building bt trust me DO NOT USE ANY supplement without proper instruction frm a professional. AND U MUST TELL A DOCTOR b4 u do.
    also workout once evry three days in gym...
    Day1.wrkout
    Day2.Recover
    Day3.rest
    it is better than two day plan.!!
    its not building thats hard but maintaining proper health and balance between cardio and strnth....!!:)

    U can alwys tell the diferance between real natural trained body and body pumped up by supplements..
    the best natural supplements are
    Milk,Beef,Chicken breast,Soya products and pork....these are the best known protein sources,
    do u knw that we sri lankans usually are 5'10 tall and well built..but due to lack of protein and SLEEP most of the children are under weight or under length...
    if u wnt to grow
    feed
    exercise
    sleep well
    never stay awake after hours....!!

    I agree with Nadz19 to the most part.
    I dont consider myself an expert but using all sorts of protein shakes and various tablets are a waste of time.And can cause long term health issues.
    Also working out every three day is a good plan for a beginner.If you try to workout everyday your body cant recover and sooner or later you will rip a muscle.
    After you come to a certain stage of your training you can do it every other day(I work out every other day 4 times a week)
    With regard to weight lifting I prefer to do full reps as they tend to work your entire muscle rather than just a part of it.
    The most important thing to do during training is warm ups.I use a combination of stretching exercises,ab work outs and skipping.
    When doing weights it is always important to have a friend or trainer for support.This is because your arms can get locked when doing stuff like bench presses and you need some one to grab the bar and steady you.
    Remember there are two ways to to weights.First you can work out to tone your body.Here you can use light weights and do more reps.Secondly you can bulk up.here you use heavy weights and do lesser reps.

    hey buddy, im vegitarian, more precisely a lactovegitarian. so i dont eat beef, chicken, pork etc. but i do eat eggs. so what can i do to help build my body?
