Whn doin weights do half reps.....!!!
this really works but warm up b4 u start or injuries are guaranteed......!!!
check you-tube for Half reps....!
its a very nice method...!!
also try to get protein from food not pills or supplements...
if ur not very thin do not use mega mass..it comes wth a health hazard...
most ppl r misinformed abt body building bt trust me DO NOT USE ANY supplement without proper instruction frm a professional. AND U MUST TELL A DOCTOR b4 u do.
