    configure kala gaman IE walin internet wada kala chorme wada kale na......

    but tika welawakin akath nathuwa giya....... ai ahema wenne ???? ADSL router eke settings walath monawa hari change karanna oneda......???

    Dan mama desktop ekata hari Laptop ekata hari ADSL router eke USB cable ekan plug karala tibboth machine 2kema internet wada..........

    in this setup, does both the Desktop AND the laptop have the IP set to 192.168.1.5 ??
    If both have the same IP, you cannot browse as this creates an IP conflict.
    Keep everything the way it is shown in the diagram and Enable DHCP on both the Desktop and Laptop. Do not give manual IPs to them. Let them take the IP from the ADSL router.

    In the ADSL router, under the connection settings, is it configured to be connected online all the time ?

    Also in both the desktop and laptop, REMOVE any dialup connections created. Both of them must use the Local Area Connection (in th elaptop, the wifi connection) to access the internet.
