just finished watching das boot...and a damn good movie that is. .it gives you a whole new view on war that both sides, good and evil, are equal victims of it.. and this one is on par with the other great (anti)war movies like platoon or thin red line...

a visually stunning film deeply concerned with the emotional and physical pains...explores the human soul , isolation , regrets, non communication , love, and death in a way that no movie has ever done...loved its poetic flow.. 9/10 from me..

Man...the girl (Heather Donahue) who was a major Know it all..really got on my nerves..Salvation delivered at the end of the movie though....Good riddance loud mouth

Has anyone seen 'The bridge on the river kwai'? The whole movie has been filmed here. It is on imdb top 250, but after reading hoo haa's about overrated movies, I'm starting to doubt if it's worth downloading.

Its worth watching. Alec Guinness gives a very strong performance.

Damn funny action comedy. The entire major cast was superb.

The movie has some great lines.

"That was mother!"

"You want me to jump off a moving plane ?"

"I'm a big girl"
"Yeah! and all in the right places too."

yeah i lold hard thru this one it was damn funny when he was drugged on alcohol and they were trying to get him to that car "it's alright fellas ill take a bus"

The whole drunk driving scene was hilarious from start to finish!

lol remember the scene where he escapes from a hotel room window and enters another dark room of which resident, who is a girl screams stop! then noticing him she begs him to stop the way he reacts is freaking hilarious.
