    Watched The Maltese Falcon

    Its a black and white movie from 1941.This is the movie that made Humphrey Bogart a household name and his portrayal of Sam Spade the template for all hard boiled Private detectives in future movies.
    Superb mystery movie! I can see why its considered to be the best in the noir category.

    I'd say this is Hitchcock's masterpiece. Its a suspense/triller but it has its comedic moments as well. Also superb camera work.
    Highly recommended to for everyone to watch this masterpiece.
    I'm sure Murder By numbers and Oxford Murders were influenced by this movie.

    I'd say this beats psycho by miles but as I have not seen his original version (only the remake with Anne Heshe), cant be sure. This certainly beats that remake by miles.
