well I have got only one solution for all these trouble

USE custom DNS

like Open DNS

go to their site and Make an account then Download the Dynamic IP address software
and get their DNS address

the Primary is
208.67.222.222
secondary is
208.67.220.220

and type that in your router DNS forward

then Save the Router settings and Save it and Reconnect to the Internet

Make sure Install that Downlaoded software before reconnect to the internet again
then type your user name and pass on to that Software when you use with OPEnDNS site and then login now try to access to any site if there is any trouble then tell me

at least try to Restart the Router and Reconnect it
then you will get New Ip address through that u may be able to connect again
