Online Revenue License error

කාර් එකේ Revenue License එක eRL2 එකෙන් ගන්න බැහැ කියනවා, eRL1 එක වැඩද? කොහොමද ඒක access කරන්නේ.

Sorry,the requested vehicle ID currently cannot apply for the RL from the eRL 2.0 system.Please use the eRL 1.0 system or visit the relevant PDMT/Divisional Secretariat Office to apply the RL.
