What do I have to do in this special memory?

It's In Flori, where u get to help some woman to save her two kids!
I did google for this, and found out that, U only need to kick one guard off the wall to do get this achievement done (Fly Swatter achievement)..But Even so I did it, the marker is still there.. I even Kick 5 of them in a row, still mark is there..WTF?
Any help?
