doing @ home is hard because less motivation , when you go to the gym its all about competing & u pull yourself harder when others are looking , so its better to go to the gym.

although as far as i knw SL gym instructors arent dat good & most of them are jealous :(

@Some.. Thanks for the kind comments machan. I believe in the statement that 'abs are built in the kitchen not in the gym!'. Most of us have a six-pack, but unfortunately, it's covered by slabs of fat!
Answering your question, I'm on a cutting cycle right now. Therefore, I'm on a low-calories and I use creatine to keep my workouts pumped up and L-glutamine to prevent catabolism. I use a whey-protein post workout shake. Apart from that I get all my calories from solid foods.:).. It's not easy to top up the calories from solids whilst long hours of working and also not having kitchen facilities:(. Also I'm trying my best to shoot for 8 hours of proper sleep...
Btw nice bulk-up machan... When are you planning to cut up?
    Keep lifting machan

    Cheers

I appreciate your thoughts about motivation. However I would personally love to workout in a home gym if I had the chance because I think it enables me to reach peak intensities in shorter workout times. I highly recommend using a workout logbook in order to make sure that you progress in your weight training adding more resistance every other day!

Your schedule seems fine! I'm not surprised your so built using this routine! I personally follow a 5 on 2 off plan. I workout 5 days a week and 45 mins each session.

    Wed - Legs
    Thu - Chest
    Fri - Back / Triceps
    Sat - Shoulders / Traps
    Sun - Biceps / Forearms / Abs

This plans works quite well with me I guess..
I don't have a particular place for purchasing supplements. Since I'm traveling around so much I grab a supplement from the nearest place I can when I need it. Currently I'm based in the maldives and my stocks are still couple of months away from finishing. Anyway I gotta find a decent store to purchase my next tub of whey:lol:.

    Train hard machanla

    @ preshanth...
Thanks for the kind words. That keeps my spirits up! :)
I'm glad to hear that you are going to take up weight training! Good Luck with that machan!
Casilan in casein protien! I recommend this to be used as a bed time shake (right before hitting the bed...gulp! gulp!)... The reason for this is casein is a very slow acing protein. So while you are sleeping this will provide you slow releasing amino acids which are excellent for muscle fiber recovery! And also as you have mentioned it has glutamine which promotes growth hormones!
However, casein is a bit too slow to be used as a post workout shake. You need to spike up the amino acid levels in the blood stream to stop muscle wasting (catabolism) and to recover. Therefore, the ultimate post workout protein would still be whey!

    Hope I educated you enough
    Train Well and build big!

    Hey Presanth

Where do you do MMA? Only place I know in SL is on Lauries road in Bamba.

BTW on the topic of nutrition a balanced diet will provide you all the nutrition you need. For example you need less than 1 gram of protein per Kg body weight. So for the avearge man a piece of chicken breast will give you enough protein for the day. So no need for whey protein unless you have a protein deficient diet. Also high fat / cholesterol diets will cause arteriosclerosis and kill you in the long run.
