Hey Guys i'm hoping to buy a laptop. Got cool products from this www.laptop.lk site. What do you think about there service? anybody have personnel experience from them?

If you intend to buy that Dell, buy it from Softlogic. they are the authorized dealer for that particular product..

they had good deals earlier..now they sell only defective crap..there 3yrs warranty is a huge lie. dont even go there.. those people are very good at fooling people..

Really? If they are cheating why doesnt anyone is taking legal action against them? Or complain Consumer protection Authority

Find a authorized dealer,such as Epsi(asus), Metropolitan(acer) etc... For HP I think there are several authorized dealears.

Yeah..
Abans (hp, toshiba, lg), Metropolitan (Acer, Toshiba), softlogic(dell), singer mega (toshiba, asus)) Epsi (asus) just to name a few.

prices in those places are somewhat higher.. but rest assured you'll be getting authentic products and if something goes wrong they will replace.

do yourself a favor- don't buy from laptops.lk or any of those small shops in unity.

Do not buy from SOftlogic even if they are authorized dealers.Bring down a laptop here if possible.

They have alien charges for the laptops

laptop.lk එක ඔය කියන තරම්ම නරක නැහැ බන්.

. මම ලගදි ගත්තා Lenovo Z460 laptop එකක්.. 1 month වලින් මට එකේ 500gb hard disk එකේ bad sectors වගයක් හම්බුනා.. මම ගෙනිච්චා එක laptop.lk Megastore එකට.. උන් කිව්වා තියල යන්න සති 2න් දෙන්නම් Lenovo එකට යවනවා කියල.. කියපු විදියටම දවස 10කින් මට එක හම්බුනා අලුත්ම අලුත් එකක් new samsung hard disk එක්ක. මචන්ලා.. Authorized dealerගෙන් ගන්න පුලුවන්නං හොඳයි.. නමුත් අපි වගේ අහිංසක බුවාලා ගාව එච්චර ලොකු සල්ලියක් නැනේ බං.. අපිට laptop.lk හොඳටම හොඳයි.. මම නම එක recommend කරනවා.. ඉස්සර වගේ නෙමෙයි දැන් උන් හොඳයි..customer care and after sales හොඳයි බං..
