metacritics the site that has superman 2 in their second place right? that does them the justice..

anyway imbd ratings are based upon the votes of regular people like us and american history x is a modern masterpiece so now wonder it's voted better than those old movies you mentioned...and to appreciate movies like 2001, taxi driver or blade runner is an aquired taste..I don't think american history x is over-rated in anyway..in that sense shawshank redemption is the most over-rated movie ever..which it infact is btw.
