HSDPA dongle new buy help need

Hello guys,
first of all sorry, if i had posted this in the wrong forum.
i was planning on buying a HSDPA modem or dongle and get a connection for it. but before buying it i want to ask the exports at elakiri and get some advice.

1)Which ISP to go with
1. Airtel
2. Mobitel
3. Dialog

1. i want the best speeds at the peak hours. (for youtube, FB, web browsing)
2. has to be cheap as possible (prepaid or postpaid)
3. has to have much coverage has possible in Sri Lanka.
4. is the unlimited data plan better or the limited data plan
5. no plan on using utorrent on HSDPA, but still if want something i should be able to download (i heard dialog blocks utorrent, atleast with it's WiMax)
6. do they have fair-user policy, if yes, who ??

2)Which HSDPA to go with dongle or Modem.
1. is there are advantage in going with modem.
2. i want an good coverage in side house/home.
3. is the high heat produced by them normal ?
4. is it possible to use them for long hours ??

3)Which HSDPA Brand and model are good and work on Windows 7 x64 bit - This is important.
1. where to buy them cheap and the price
2. has to have good stable and reliable Windows Drivers.

i'm willing to make some compromises or to lose some features to get good features.
please help me guys and suggest a good HSDPA model and Telecom company to go with ??

then dont bother with 3G connections. Keep the ADSL.

they said in april and dec 2009 they are tesing it in colombo any details on that ??

if your ADSL is slow, get SLT to check the phone line.
Which university ?

Dont keep any hopes up on that hsdpa+ thing.

1. speed
2. mobility
3. cheap

i got the idea of getting HSDPA because AIRTEL is giving a Good package

2. rs. 299 for 5 gb limited data
3. Rs. 599 for 10 Gb data plan

is the above packages good and cheap ???

Its good and cheap as long as you have full 3G coverage from airtel in N'Eliya and in your university.

i think i just have fallen for the dealers trick .
you know at my age , we all love to own the coolest tech gadgets, right ??
but after you buy one you think why the hell did you buy it in the first place
