I wanted to know how director screw up the story.
Of coz movie has minimized the original beauty of the novel excluding long descriptions and the flaw of thought which is hard to make up in a movie
But personally I think yet this movie deserve more than 6.4 rating in imbd

i watched it when it first came out.I felt it was like an ordinary thriller.I didn't read books though
no comments coz i cant explain u fundamentals of life of Buddha.
the scripted twisted the "fundamentals" of the life of christ ..so why not buddhas as well?
this is wut exactly I meant when I said I don't see buddhists taking this well had it ever been done
nokia sponsors many movies. Not just this one. AFAIK, they were sponsors of Tomorrow Never Dies as well.

Yeah this is just one thriller
Except that most of the facts are real that make the story unique
In the beginning of the book author take responsibility himself of the fidelity facts contain in the book by mentioning that "all the rituals and documents in this novel is accurate "
Actually I dont read books much and this was the first English novel I read
And I never regret I did. Continuing with Deception point these days
