Not seeding my Private torrents

I have "Demonoid" account. I downloaded some torrents in that site. but the problem is no peers connected for me. Why is that. That torrents have morethan 10 peers. What should i do?

How do i port-forward correctly! I change my router some settings for port-forwarding but its not work. So please tell me how do i correctly do it.
I have Prolink router!
