If you can prove that you have worked more than 8 hours a day and not paid OT you can get them in to a huge trouble ,so probably they will try to come to an agreement with you cos nobody wants to take these things to higher levels.

They treat people as Dogs, they even don't provide transport to anyone afterwork, he even brought a BMW 5 series and a Iphone 4G which is 150000 in Sri lanka and that Bas**** cannot give my small salary to do my work, I'm really upset, working there was hell to me.. I only worked there because they had my certificates.
