SLIIT is good, APIIT also goood , NIBM isalso good. Learning and becoming the top is a choice that you have to make. for I.T fieldeven for a gov.uni student findiing a GOOD JOB is very hard since there are over 3000 I.T graduate pass out every year. Basically consider these things

1) affordability
2) distance from the uni/institute to home
3) course content
4) what field you want to major in

5) and finally if you want assure abut the course check for the UGC approval to the course.
