SLT ADSL bandwidth caps : Bad Idea ?

Investing in sea cables to Middle East/Europe & Singapore/Hong Kong is needed

Thats the main problem here! I mean since the number of users are growing rapidly they should have excess of money to increase the bandwidth. This is act of greed for sure!

That's what i was thinking too.. but as they've stated "Multiple users will require a modem which can be purchased."
We could use a Wi-Fi router instead of a modem right?
