Ela Kiriyen need fellow Ela Kiriyans help- Advice need on a Problam at Job

Hi All

Machans la I need an advice from you. I work in Sri Lanka
You know at jobs you face different problems.

I have been accused for something that I didn’t do.
Now this have not been officially told me (officially no one told me that i am involved) but my name was picked up by my boss in a meeting, and told in-front of other bosses, that he thinks I am behind a situation ( which I don’t want to mention here )
Also I heard some office staff also talking about the problem and linking my name with it.
I know that I am not involved with anything they accuse.
But no one has officially told me.
This has made me mentally stressed. and this have made my name deformed.

What Can I do in this situation ?
Do you think that I can ask for a inquiry on this allegations?

Your advice is highly appreciated. Guys this is a serious issue and please don’t take this as a joke.
