cheepest dedicated server cost like 65$ thats the case.. shared servers like godaddy and stuff are firewalled and torrentflux cant be run on them its better to go to a seedbox provider instead ...

but machan firewall has blockes some port range right in that server plans thats the case.. No idea with rackspace cloud..
