to add to this one thing i noticed in some of the CVs of which we did interviews and from what I have heard from others is that some candidates insert loads of less relevant things in the CV. For example if you're applying for a job outside SL, things like the school you went in SL does not matter much to a international employer. If you are a degree holder, it may not need to prioritize your O/L subjects etc, because you have better qualifications to show.
