It's a good phone..but a word of advice..oka kawadawath kochchiye yanakota pawichchi karanna epa...I bought one for my bf and someone stole it when he was getting down from the train..so be careful!

Yeah , possible to happen ..... if he is a experienced seller with ebay , he may find a way to do it , otherwise he's loosing his money ... it's prohibited though .. don't know much abt those stuff ....
