Take a bus to moratuwa (route number 100) and get off at Nawaloka Hospitals bus halt. Cross the road to the sampath bank thats on the other side. The road that joins the main road just next to the sampath bank is Nawam Mawatha.

yes, route number 100. AFAIK, there are no bus routes at the other end of Nawam Mawatha so you'll have to come back the same way and catch a bus from the halt in front of the Nawaloka Hospitals.

depends on the time. That route is a very busy route with a lot of buses so you should be able to find an un crowded bus.
