poverty depends on different different layers of this society , we can't blame about these peoples' enjoyment they went and enjoyed because they could do so and others who could not waited at home and wondered being there this difference is always there in Sri Lanka almost everywhere ... this fellow is doing what he does to live like you and me he had our flag on his shoulder to say he felt like a Sri Lankan thats all no disrespect at all ... see something with a clear eye dont try to see things narrowly.
