    oka torrent nemei machan.. oya site eken torrent eka apita RS/ HF / MF wage direct download karanna puluwan.

    eye mamath complain ekak demma .etapasse technician dennek ewith mage line eka check karala kiwwa spilter eka awul kiyala. eta passe un mata aluth spliter ekakuth ru 565 kata wikunala den speed eka enawa kiyala speedtest.net eke check karalath pennala giya.dawalta slow hinda mama hituwa den ehenam awula hari kiyala. eta passe peya dekak witara fullspeed ewilla aye parana tattwetama wetuna. den 1am to 8am nam full speed enawa . eta passe enne 25kbps wage tamai. Mama kiwwa meka hemotama tiyana problem ekak neda kiyala . un kiyanawa ehema ekak un dannewath nehelu. Brandwith madi seen ekak un ahalath nehe kiyala kiyanne.

    Yep same here! Browsing & download is really slow after 7.30 am
    2 technician came & checked today & said that the connection is fast!
    They only vist sites like google & www.sltnet.lk Its obvious that those 2 sites loads fast even using a dial up connection.
    So I got rid of them & placed a new complain saying that send me new technicians who know 2 work.

    Yep same here! Browsing & download is really slow after 7.30 am
    2 technician came & checked today & said that the connection is fast!
    They only vist sites like google & www.sltnet.lk Its obvious that those 2 sites loads fast even using a dial up connection.
    So I got rid of them & placed a new complain saying that send me new technicians who know 2 work.
    machan there is nothing wrong with your (our) connection(s). Problem occurred at their end, where the International Bandwidth Allocation. So make a complaint stated that You get the full speed to the sltnet server and you have the problem with the international bandwidth. Not the SLT to Your premises bandwidth.

    They ignore/marked as fixed most of your complaints because most of you never happened to tell them the what the real problem is. Tell them to monitor your international bandwidth and fix the issue.

    And always write down your complaint reference number. You don't have to create new complaint if you have the previous complaint ref number. Tell the call center person to attach this new complaint to the previous complaint regarding the same issue. They might issue a new ref number. but tell them to state the previous ref number on that new complaint.

    I had the same issue and they've fixed it on last Monday. I dunno whether they gave priority to office package customers regarding this issue. My connection works fine now :D
