ප්‍රශ්නය - රාළ සහ අනෙකුත් comment කරුවන් 8 වසර ගණිතය ෆේල් වගේ(මතක හැටියට නම් අනුපාත සින් එක තිබ්බෙ 8 වසරෙදි ). නැත්නම් නොදන්න අනුපාත එකතු කරන්න යයි ද.

බිරිඳ, දූවරුන් තිදෙනෙක් හා ජීවත්ව සිටින දෙමාපියන් සිටින මිනිසෙක් මරණයට පත්වේ. ඔවුන්ට ධනය උරුම වන අන්දම අපි බලමු.

උත්තරය - ඇදගෙන නානවා කියන්නේ මෙන්න මේවට තමයි. අපි මක්සාතල් කියන විදියට එක ළමයෙක් ගැන විතරක් හිතමු. මෙන්න දැන් තත්වය. බිරිඳක්, දුවෙක් හා දෙමාපියන් සිටින මිනිසෙක් මරණයට පත්වේ.

දුවට -> 1/2 -> 12/24 [if only daughters, two or more, their share is two-thirds of the inheritance; if only one, her share is a half]
බිරිඳට -> 1/8 -> 3/24 [In what ye leave, their share is a fourth, if ye leave no child; but if ye leave a child, they get an eighth]
දෙමාපියන්ට -> 1/3 -> 8/24 [For parents, a sixth share of the inheritance to each, if the deceased left children; if no children, and the parents are the (only) heirs, the mother has a third - මෙතන children කියන්නේ එකක් හෝ වැඩි ගාණක් වෙන්න ඕන. නැත්නම් එක දරුවෙක් විතරක් ඉන්න වෙලාවට කරන්නේ මොකද්ද කියල හිතා ගන්න බැරි වෙනවා. අදාල 1/3ත් එහෙම වුණොත් එකත් වෙන්නේ නෑ]
එකතුව -> 23/24 (children කියන්නේ 1ට වැඩි නම් 15/24)

දැන් අල්ලාට 23 = 24 ද? (එහෙම නැත්නම් 15 = 24) ඉතිරි 1/24 (3/8) යන්නේ කාටද? අට වසරේ අනුපාත පාඩම් දැන් කාටද වැරදිලා තියෙන්නේ?

උත්තරය - 3. උදාහරණය – මවුපියන් දෙදෙනා මිය ගිය විවාහක කාන්තාවක් මිය යයි. ඇයට සහෝදරියන් දෙදෙනෙක් සිටිති.

සැමියාට – 1/2 [In what your wives leave, your share is a half, if they leave no child]
සහෝදරියන් දෙදෙනාට – 2/3 (එක් අයෙක්ට 1/3 බැගින්) [If (such a deceased was) a woman, who left no child, Her brother takes her inheritance: If there are two sisters, they shall have two-thirds of the inheritance (between them)]
එකතුව = 7/6. අල්ලාට 6 = 7 ද?
