There bandwidth will be provided by lankacom or SLT.. so there would be no such difference i believe..

According to me; definitely they won't give "True" Unlmited plans; even if they give, there may be limits! But, Etisalat is the first to release 3.75G MIMO.HSPA+ commercially in Sri Lanka, ofcourse that can be considered as a revolution!
