No machan as usual you can withdraw money from paypal to your web card (use withdraw tab at top of the paypal account after you log in to your account) with 5-7 days you can call card center & ask balance to verify your credit has been added to the card, if so you can hand over your card to the Sampath and they will fund your Account or you can add this card to Moneybooker and then add funds to Moneybooker account after that you can transfer money to a Sri Lankan bank.

are u sure that u can receive money to sampath web card that has already linked to pay-pal ?

did u ever tested this working ?......i think payment receive from paypal in sril lanaka that is already blocked by central bank
