Indian businessman Vijay Mallya visited Sri Lanka this week on a 3 day holiday flying into Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) in his personal Airbus and then using his yacht to travel to Galle.

Mr. Vijay Mallya is the chairman of the United Breweries Group and Kingfisher Airlines. He also owns the Formula One team Force India, the Indian Premier League team Bangalore Royal Challengers, and the I-League team East Bengal FC and Mohun Bagan AC.

Forbes values his net worth at US$ 1000 million.
