Suntel Broadband Slow Torrent speeds...

I have two 512K Unlimited Lines. One from Suntel and one from SLT. My Suntel Broadband line is useless because the Torrent download speed is always like 5KB/s... compared to SLT it seems the entire peers are not resolved. Single connections (single file downloads) are fast though, any idea why? Torrents blocked on Suntel Broadband?

No idea bro I'm using a slt line.BTW have you tried warez links(RS,FS,MU...) on your suntel line?
