ලංකාවෙ කිසිම company එකකට fresh graduates ලා ගන්නේ නැහැ.
ඒත් VIRTUSA එකේ training එකට හරි යන්න පුලුවන්.

IT field එකේ ඉන්න අය දන්නවා ඇතිනේ මේ කාලෙ අලුතෙන් field එකට එන එකෙක්ට job එකක් ගන්න තියෙන අමාරුව.

Informatics is good company for trainee in the industry they have some scholarship schemes for students fresh graduates - http://www.informaticsint.com/ 25 Years for Excellence and global leading mobile billing system.. ( Over 200 employees working there and no lay offs like Virtusa )

Virtusa and hSenid are the only 2 companies promote their company inside Sri Lanka. Putting holdings in roads and ads on web site coz there could find employees most of the experience guys never go virtusa..

hSenid is a great place to start Undergraduates Career..
they are recruiting young people who have the potential to lead the future Industry...
1st time I went to the Virtusa interview and they didn even had a chat with us..
they gave us a very difficult Written exam based on 4 years of the Degree..
they were in a rush of selecting experienced and knowledgeable people...
they dont think about young people who are Undergraduate but interested in Developing..
Anywayz I love hSenid and proud to be a Senidian...

i never scold hsenid good company in mobile industry.. virtusa is the worst company in sri lanka they doesn't have any vision or mission just recruit people when they got a project and lay off them after the project..

WSO2 rocks man now they are doing Ebay system transferring project.. after the end of 2011 50% ebay is running under WSO2 application..

It depends on what you are looking for

MIT - I think this is one of the best places to work. But they are full C/C++ based so... no java or .net experience or carrier development in that side. Payment is good 55,000 basic

IFS- Really good company, best thing is work life balance, mostly .net based, but their middle tire is J2EE so can get exposed to both .net and java. Starting salary 45-50

Mubasher- Really good place to start basic around 50-60 this depends on your performance in the interview, java .net and mobile all technologies are used here

Virtusa- Great place to start lots of exposure, but salary very low and not much of work life balance.
