ලංකාවෙ කිසිම company එකකට fresh graduates ලා ගන්නේ නැහැ.
ඒත් VIRTUSA එකේ training එකට හරි යන්න පුලුවන්.

IT field එකේ ඉන්න අය දන්නවා ඇතිනේ මේ කාලෙ අලුතෙන් field එකට එන එකෙක්ට job එකක් ගන්න තියෙන අමාරුව.

they are recruiting young people who have the potential to lead the future Industry...
1st time I went to the Virtusa interview and they didn even had a chat with us..
they gave us a very difficult Written exam based on 4 years of the Degree..
they were in a rush of selecting experienced and knowledgeable people...
they dont think about young people who are Undergraduate but interested in Developing..

ඔය වගේම තව කතාවක් තියෙනවා. හැබැයි ඒක ඔය කොම්පැනි 3 ගැන නෙමේ.

කතාව මේකයි.

මේ ලෝකේ ඉඳලා ඩයල් 3 අවසන් හුස්ම පොද හෙලලා අන්තිමට.. දිවිය ලෝකේ ගියාලු. දිවිය ලොකේ දොරටුව ඇරෙන්න... තමන් කරපු හොඳ වැඩ කියන්න ඕනේ.

එක ඩයල් එකක් දොස්තර කෙනෙක්. මැන්ස් ඉස්සරහට ඇවිත් තමන් සල්ලි ගන්නේ නැතුව... අසරණ මිනිස්සු බේර ගත්තු හැටි.. රටට සේවය කරපු හැටි කිව්වලු. ඒත් දොර නෙමේ හෙලවුනේ.

අනිත් මැන්ස්... ගුරුවරයෙක්.. එයා ඇවිත් අසරණ ළමයින්ට උගන්නලා යහ මගට ගත්තු විදිහ විස්තර කලත්... දොර නෙමේ ඇරුණේ.

මේ කතා අහගෙන හිටපු අපේ 3 වෙනි ඩයල් එක ඉස්සර හට ලැජ්ජාවෙන් ආවලු... කියන්න කරපු හොඳක් නැති හින්දා.... මොනා හරි කියන්න කියලා. "මම වැඩ කලේ Dialog එකේ Call center agent කෙනෙක් හැටියට... මම....." කියන කොටම එක පාරටම දඩාස් ! ! ! ගාලා දිවියලෝකේ දොර ඇරුණලු. ඒක පාරටම දෙවි කෙනෙක් මතු වෙලා... අපේ Dialog එකේ ඩයල් එකට ආචාර කරලා. "පුතේ... උඹ අපායේ හුඟ කාලයක් ඉඳලා නේ... දැන්වත් දිවිය ලෝකෙට වරෙන්" කියලා කිව්වලු.
