I'm starting A New Forum ( Dont Worry Not Like Elakiri.com ) For Sri Lankan Multiplayer Gaming Clans. (CS:S , CS 1.6 , Dota , WOW , Perfect World ETC.)
So Do That I Bought vBulletien and a Hosting Plan. But The Problem Is After Installation I Need Some Tips,

*I Want A Portal For My Forum But It Should Be Free ( Or Cracked )
*I Want a Chat Client Like In EK ( Look Below Of Your Browser )

I Need Answers For These Questions And For The Ones Who Give Me Correct And COMPLETE , Valuable Answers Will Win Super Moderator In My Forum.

So Please Help , Becourse I'am a ELAKIRIAN ( Also A Sri Lankan lol )

which version of Vbulletin did you get ? there are several good free portal systems for VB.
The chat software used on EK is not free. Its a paid service.

The new CMS can not be used since there are some issues with permissions.
Users can publish threads as Articles and they appear in CMS

Yeah Machn I Checked But vBulletin CMS Is Not Enough For Me SO I Removed Them All Yesterday.....
