Lanka Bell Wimax 1mbps or SLT ADSL 1mbps

I'm hoping to upgrade my SLT 512kbps to 1mbps or to buy a new Lanka bell wimax 1mbps.....

What are your thoughts about the two packages.....your advices r highly appreciated...what is more speedy n reliable n cost effective....

Am using slt 512 connection,Its good for downloading.So far no fup.
I was also interested in tryin lankabell but several people told me that in some places they have poor signal strength.

Mcho lankabell is good as I heard never used it though. But my recommendation is wait and see. You know that TRC has cut unlimited packages for new SLT customer not for old customers though. But sooner or later they might also remove the unlimited packages for current users. So in that case it is useless to upgrade for 1Mbps connection. Lankabell is a good choice but for now it has only less users not like SLT. So in future there might be some problems regarding the speed and connection due to heavy users. So my suggest is wait and see if you can. As I can sense both options are risky.

i was a SLT 1mb user.. and i moved to lankabell 1mb and now im feeling the difference..
lankabell gives u 24h 1mbps while slt gives 1mbps @ midnights...


Suntel is also Giving wimax ... no idea about it seems to be good...
