"designed to meet 80 PLUS Titanium and Cybernetics A efficiency standards once certification is finalized"
this shit is not certified with either of those and yet they had the gall to put those labels on the box and the PSU itself

Release is scheduled for May- so it should be certified by then Pons.
manufacturers can't put certified on their packaging on burrowed basis. they're either certified or not which clearly this is not
besides only a special kind of idiot would cheap out on the PSU when they're spending north of 3k usd on a RTX5090

THIS IS how a persons finger tips look like. swollen. what possible health conditions he may be having

    Chat GPT -

What you’re showing looks like bulbous, enlarged fingertip ends, which raises suspicion for finger clubbing.

🧠 Most likely condition: Clubbing (Digital Clubbing)

    Clubbing is when:

    • Fingertips become rounded and swollen
    • Nails curve more (like a dome)
    • The angle between nail and finger changes

    🔍 Common causes of clubbing

    🫁 1. Lung-related conditions (most common)

    • Chronic lung infections
    • Lung cancer
    • Bronchiectasis
    • Tuberculosis

    ❤️ 2. Heart conditions

    • Congenital heart disease
    • Long-term low oxygen levels

    🩺 3. Liver disease

    • Cirrhosis
    • Chronic liver disorders

    🍽️ 4. Gastrointestinal diseases

    • Inflammatory bowel disease
    • Malabsorption issues

    ⚠️ Important reality check

    👉 Not all “fat-looking fingertips” = clubbing

    From your image:

    • It could also be just soft tissue thickness / normal variation
    • Lighting + camera angle can exaggerate it

    🧪 Simple self-check (important)

    Try the Schamroth window test:

    1. Put two corresponding fingers together (nail to nail)
    2. Look at the gap between nails

    👉 Normal: small diamond-shaped gap
    👉 Clubbing: no gap

    🚨 When to take seriously

    If finger shape is:

    • Progressive (getting more bulbous over time)
    • Combined with:
      • Chronic cough
      • Shortness of breath
      • Fatigue
      • Chest pain

👉 Then it needs medical evaluation

    🧠 In your context

    Given your:

    • Recent tests (normal metabolic profile)
    • No systemic symptoms mentioned

👉 Serious causes are less likely, but not ruled out purely from finger appearance.

    ✅ Bottom line

    👉 RIP wesige putho
