What he means is that PayPal hasn't got the use it had a decade ago. I can add to it. Around 2006 onwards eBay was the best place to sell something and make money. They only had PayPal. Sri Lankans could've sold a lot of handicraft, materials, and even tech stuff if they had PayPal. Honestly speaking we would've had a lot more millionaires. Unfortunately Sri Lanka didn't have it. Now when eBay is dead and no such easy marketplace there's not much use in PayPal except as a payment gateway.

Just now checked my PayPal after more than 5 years. I can see a tab to request payments and build a seller profile etc. which weren't there earlier I think. Not that I care now though. Lol.
