    Take Omega 3/ Multivitamin/ Vitamin D3 (with K2 if possible)/ Zinc and Magnesium Glycenate

    Don't take Zinc and Magnesium with other food. Take them with a separate meal.

    Start walking at least 45min (treadmill incline 12 speed 4.5-5)

    Cut sugar and fat. You can still eat something fatty and sugary once a week. But rest of the days keep your salary intake to 1600-1800 max with 5 days cardio. with in 2-3 months things will settle down nicely.

    That's all you need.
