    Its personal experience machan and also..ebay nor paypal wont will tell this because users will try to bypass it seems....:P got that out from a lady from ebay presidents office....had quite a row...:P ok cool machan let me know when ur ready....see ya then...t.c.:)

    well machan...now they have started to suspend accounts with mismatch info on both paypal and ebay....so primary addies should be the same and same country....but u can use a different secondry address...well since u want to withdraw to the card there are 2 options bro....1 have US Ebay + paypal and and add a US bank account....or u could get a Malaysian pp + Ebay accoutn and a debit card...both will cost around $100 due to amendments I had to make to the price structure bro...Coz the cost for me has gone up a bit..Dnt have any profits... :).. this is the price I have made for u bro...or else its costs $150 for others....but we'll have a chat and decide what we can do....do come on MSN....

    machan recieved ur message, there's a small problem now , coz Ebay address and the paypal address must be the same..new policy by Ebay.....moko karanne...i can do this ....make both paypal and ebay in the same country btw.,.....ar u ineed of any paypal cash??? have 100 :)
