    i was on home express before i upgraded to office express... same scene there... it gets really slow during office hours too... the usual download rate on home express during day time was around 20kilobytes per sec for me...

    i just returned 2 sl after being abroad for 5yrs... i thought the situation here would have improved a lot after all these yrs :-( i had a 7mbit connection abroad. havin 2 download at 0.64mbit is really really reeeeeeeeeeeeeally painful... they shouldnt charge so much if they cant guarantee...
