    My meal plan 3 wholes eggs, Milk with oatmeals, fish curry with rice, 2 avocadoes, chicken/fish curry with rice, here and there few snacks as well.

    I was around 50 Kg, and within 1 month now I am at 62 KG. Heavy protein meals are my secret. Also going to the gym. Feels good for the Body.
